I always get great service at Dahl Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Rhinelander. My Jeep was due for a major recall and several other services. They were able to get me on the schedule within a week or so of calling. Everything was completed within the projected time frame and I was on my way home. Dahl Service Department does a great job!

Ive had the same issues for approx a year now. All under warr. Several times the wrong parts were ordered. . Each time took a 1/2 hr trip for nothing. Lots of apologies. Fixed now? Maybe. Spend 65k on the truck and this is the second dealership. Same thing. Must be hard to find quality personal.

This was probably my best car buying experience in 60 years. Pat the Salesperson was extremely knowledgeable and helpful explaining all the new features in my new Compass. There was a lot to take in, but I left confident that I could figure things out . Bill handled the finances and everything was ready to go when I got there. He explained everything to me and it all went smoothly. I’m extremely happy with my new car. It’s amazing, especially as I figure out new features. Great group of people. They were able to fix a problem in a few hours that my local dealership could not fix even after 6 weeks. Very upfront about the work being done. Scheduling takes a bit as they are very busy but definitely worth the wait to have the job done right. Thank you!
